Karen J. Cynn, Esq. is a Senior Counsel at Parker, Milliken, Clark, O’Hara & Samuelian. Ms. Cynn joined Parker Milliken as an associate in 2017 and focuses her practice on family law and litigation. She previously practiced family law at boutique law firms in downtown Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. Ms. Cynn graduated from Villanova University School of Law where she was a Managing Editor of Student Works of the Villanova University Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. While at Villanova, she wrote and published an article in the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and was a judicial extern for Judge Flora Barth Wolf in the Philadelphia Dependency Court.
Veronica V. Maldonado, Esq. is an Associate at Parker, Milliken, Clark, O’Hara & Samuelian. Ms. Maldonado has focused on estate planning and trust administration since she began her legal career at a boutique law firm in Pasadena in 2016. She joined Parker Milliken as a Trusts & Estates associate in 2021 and is currently in the process of becoming a California State Bar Certified Specialist in estate planning. Ms. Maldonado graduated from Southwestern Law School where she was the Special Projects Editor of the Southwestern Law Review. While at Southwestern, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson at the U.S. District Court for the Central District and interned at an international business law firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
