Noelle Valentino of Chubb presents "Preserving Their Passion - Generational Art Transfer: Financial Strategies, Risk Management & Overall Best Practices."

Over the next two decades, $84 trillion in assets will transfer from baby boomers to their heirs. “The Great Wealth Transfer” will drive high quality artworks to the market, and into the homes of a new generation of collectors, but not everything will be greeted with the same enthusiasm or should it be handled in the same fashion.  Therefore, it is crucial to prepare both seasoned and emerging collectors for this transition. Join Noelle Valentino, Chubb, who will explore the necessary financial, logistical, and insurance-related planning considerations associated with the gifting or inheritance of a fine art collection.

For nearly 20 years, Noelle has advised prominent collectors regarding tailored fine art services. Before transitioning to the insurance industry, Noelle worked in auctions, museums, and galleries, where her responsibilities included building relationships with high-profile clients, as well as research projects and appraisal writing. Presently, as Chubb’s Senior Fine Art & Collections Specialist, Noelle travels throughout the Western United States to conduct risk assessments and recommend customized solutions intended to safeguard art, jewelry, timepieces, wine, and other passion assets. Noelle’s expertise extends to an array of additional collections considerations, inclusive of loss prevention, conservation, transportation, storage, appraisal, and advisory services. She examines each locality’s unique exposures and often draws upon established professional relationships to design holistic collections strategies for clients.
